Clearsound is a authorised hearing aid dealer and audiological services provider based in India. We sell hearing aids from leading international brands including Signia, Phonak, ReSound, Oticon, Widex, and Bernafon, along with related accessories and audiology services.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly.
• Hearing aids are medical devices. Suitability depends on your hearing profile. We recommend a professional hearing test before purchase.

• By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and EMI on select products.
• COD orders are subject to verification. Our team may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.
• Payment for online orders must be made at the time of placing the order.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.

Delivery timelines and terms are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or logistics disruptions.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
